Activity/Supplies Location: Waterfront/Beach
To play tic-tac-toe on a beach, go on a quick scavenger hunt and find a stick (which is basically a service project helping the camp out) and then go find some sand at the beach! Start by drawing a tic-tac-toe grid on the sand using the stick, creating nine squares in a 3×3 formation. Decide on two different symbols, like X and O, and take turns with your opponent marking your symbol in any empty square within the grid. The objective is to get three of your symbols in a row, either horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. The first player to achieve this wins the game, and if all squares are filled without a winner, it’s a tie.
